Privacy

Starter version. This privacy notice is a plain first draft. Please have it checked before you rely on it.

Who looks after your details

Kelvin Brierley, trading as Definitely KB. If you have any questions about your details, email definitelyk.b@gmail.com.

What I collect

This website doesn’t store anything you type into it. When you ask for the free guide or join the waiting list, your own email app sends me a message. From that, I receive:

• your name and email address
• anything else you choose to write, such as where you live or what you sing

If you join the programme, I’ll also have your phone number (for WhatsApp) and your payment details are handled by the payment provider, not by me.

What I use it for

• To send you the free guide you asked for.
• To reply about the waiting list and arrange a chat.
• To run the programme if you join.
• Now and then, to email you about Step Into Singing. You can tell me to stop at any time.

I never sell your details.

Where it’s kept

Emails are kept in my Gmail account. WhatsApp messages are kept in WhatsApp. The website is hosted by Railway, which may keep basic technical logs (like your IP address) to keep the site running.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google can see your IP address when the page loads.

How long I keep it

Only as long as I need it for the reasons above. Ask me to delete your details and I will.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you. If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled them, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
